Working days: Monday - Friday (Public Holidays are excluded).
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

Required delivery service must be selected at checkout. Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd cannot be held responsible for customers selecting the incorrect delivery service.

Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd is determined to ensure all deliveries are completed on time.

Should your order fail to arrive when expected (i.e. not following the above examples) please contact a member of staff and we will try to resolve any problems.

Please note that our liability does not extend to providing compensation for failed deliveries or late deliveries outside the control of Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd:

For all bespoke products or customers who choose to deal with Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd directly (not through e-commerce) the above Delivery Services do not apply.

Information on Returns

Returns are only excepted for faulty/incorrect goods under prior agreement with Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd.

Any issues with an Order please call the Office Number and speak to a member staff.

​Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd cannot be held responsible if the customer selects the wrong product/quantity or is unhappy with purchased product, all information and product descriptions are clearly stated prior to payment being made.

Trident Steel (Reinforcements) Ltd will not accept any returns without prior written agreement by email from ourselves.

Returns are only accepted under prior agreement and subject to inspection of goods upon return.
